We are teeming with excitement that the Kick Off game is tomorrow! What better way to going to jump into our NFC East Win Totals and which ones we're going to be investing in. We'll break down each division in the NFC using our analytics, formulas, and sources we're all familiar with.

Let's head up to the NFC's most laughable division.


Dallas Cowboys 10.5 | over +125, under -150


The Dallas Cowboys enter the 2024 NFL season with a lot of expectations and pressure on their shoulders. Head coach Mike McCarthy, who is on the hottest seat he's probably been on since becoming HC in Big D, aims to navigate another challenging season after back-to-back playoff atrocities. Despite the scrutiny, McCarthy remains confident, as 'Jerruh' Jones has emphasized the importance of pressure to bring out the best in players and coaches. With McCarthy calling the offensive plays this year, the offense will take center stage, led by Dak Prescott, who is looking to bounce back after a turnover-plagued 2023 season and looking to get his "bag."


CeeDee Lamb, fresh off his best NFL campaign, is expected to be a key target for Prescott, and some of our predictions have him tallying an even higher target share in 2024, potentially approaching 200 targets. The Cowboys' defense, bolstered by stars like Micah Parsons, remains a formidable unit, but with a new DC coming in for Dan Quinn's departure, will Mike Zimmer be able to keep teams out of the endzone.


Overall, if Prescott can cut down on turnovers and McCarthy’s offense is close to what Kellen Moore was doing the Cowboys are primed to remain competitive in the NFC. With potential improvements and Lamb poised for another career year, Dallas is set for a deep playoff run but, can they get out of their own way?? We will see in December. As the Giants gear up for the 2024 season, can they bounce-back after a challenging 2023 campaign that saw them finish 6-11. With key losses in free agency—most notably Saquon Barkley—the question remains who will emerge as the weapon for Danny Dimes. A revamped roster, headlined by first-round pick Malik Nabers, who is expected to have a breakout rookie season, gives the Giants hope of addressing their offensive woes. Nabers, a star at LSU, is projected to surpass 1,000 receiving yards.


Defensively, the addition of linebacker Brian Burns through a trade adds depth to a unit that will rely heavily on Kayvon Thibodeaux to anchor the pass rush. However, their success will largely hinge on their ability to navigate a tough NFC East, where the Cowboys and Eagles are expected to maintain dominance.

The Philadelphia Eagles enter the 2024 season with high expectations after a schizophrenic 2023 campaign. With Jalen Hurts leading the charge, Philadelphia is aiming . The team boasts one of the most talented rosters in the NFL, and key offseason acquisitions like Devin White and Bryce Huff strengthen a defense that struggled late last season. Additions such as Saquon Barkley and Parris Campbell also bring new firepower to an already potent offense.


The Eagles’ schedule presents both opportunities and challenges, starting with a tough road-heavy slate early on. However, with expected wins over teams like Atlanta, Cleveland, and New York, Philly could find itself in strong playoff contention by mid-season.
